Why become a prepper?

The process of preparing something or preparing for something.

Planning, gathering tools, food, and other necessities to survive when "Shit hit the fan", a popular word for disasters, emergencies,  and other catastrophes. If you are or become a prepper, your chances of surviving increase tenfold or more. Useful even if there are minor happenings, like a power outage.

Most people in the US are prepping with at least one step to prepare for natural or man-made disasters. Some do it more serious, and therefore are called preppers.

Why become a prepper?

Dictionaries define prepping as:

The process of preparing something or preparing for something.

Gathering materials and developing plans for possible catastrophic disasters or emergencies, usually by stockpiling food, ammunition, and other supplies.

It is, of course, up to you how serious of a prepper you want to become. Read and learn as much as you can to understand and implement the level that you think is the optimal level for you and our nearest.

Bad incidents of any kind, are sure to happen in the future. No one knows what and when. For that reason, you need to be prepared. If you wait it could be too late.

Buying food to store is not cheap, but if you rotate it, it will not impact your economy much. Rotate means that you stockpile food, eat it before it expires and replace it immediately.
